Ordering and Shipping
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our curated gallery, select the photograph you love, choose the print size and finish, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are unable to ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days during busy periods but often quicker. We take quality control seriously and want to make sure everything is checked and packaged properly!
How will my prints be packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Smaller prints are shipped in flat protective envelopes, while larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What sizes and finishes do you offer?
Our prints are available in a range of sizes, from small (8x10 inches) to extra-large (36x24 inches).

Do you offer framing options?
At this time we don’t have standard framing options but can help you pick the right frame, just drop us an email and we’ll give you a call to discuss the options.
Can I request a custom size or finish?
Absolutely! Please contact us at admin@higburyeditions.com with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Are the prints signed or numbered? Yes and no! All prints that are part of a limited edition series will be signed and numbered by the artist for authenticity.

How should I care for my print?
To keep your print looking its best:

Payments and Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made through Google Pay secure checkout.
Can I return or exchange a print?
Due to the custom nature of our prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please email us at admin@highburyeditions.co.uk with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
